I'm 32 and still have no kids. My cousin, who's 34 has a 13 year old and a 3 year old. My other cousin, who's 26 has a newborn and a 7 year old. My parents keep talking about wanting grandchildren as most of their siblings have grandchildren. Both of my dad's sisters do (in fact, those were the children of my cousins referenced above) and most of my mom's siblings do as well. It just seems everything in my life is happening real slow and always has. I didn't even learn how to ride a bike until I was 9 when all of the other kids in my neighborhood did so much earlier.
