Will the person accept the offer and join / stay with the firm

Hi everyone

I m wondering if you can help

My manager has just extend an offer to a candidate for my replacement. My question is

1) will the person accept the offer
2) if yes will he stay with the firm?

What to you think

First of all I m not sure what house I should use to represent the person? 6th or 7th

Should I look for aspect between the person and company to predelict whether he will stay with the firm?
