I think more than the website or astro calculation software (most are reasonably good once the quirks understood; which professional commercial programs have too!), in cases of cuspal situations (like yours), the ayanamsha becomes a rather importable variable!

Maybe I'm wrong with the problem about 'daylight saving' (yes, the software I use don't makes (always) the automatic adjustments, and I forgot that).But, I remember a case with a rectification made for a friend of mine, who was told by his father that the time of his birth was noted down by him.After a few months, my friend told me that I was right.His father had made himself adjustments based on the 'daylight saving' and in his memory he retained the real time (astronomical time).Few days back, my friend were telling me (for n-time) that I was right (a big astrologer from India had confirmed my rectification).

Well i was born with only 29weeks of pregnancy, was by c-section,after my mother havê had a nervous breakdown,cause my eldest sister had a doméstic fire accident.
I was born very debilitated, made a cardio respiratory arrest, and later, after a brocho-phneumonia.
I was 45 days ar The hospital and doctors said it was Luke a miracle i survived.

I have not given any indication for remedy of Moon, but the malefic effect of it needs to be solved also.
