How nice to have a new baby!
I have to stress that a horoscope shows only a potential. I believe we make choices in life, and that these choices can affect future outcomes. I certainly wouldn't wish to goof up a little kid's life with a prediction that turned out to be mistaken, yet the parents believed in it!
I think your little guy shows signs of being a truth-seeker and a dreamer. Scorpio (sun) and Aquarius (moon, AS) are both truth-seekers, though in different ways. Scorpio needs to strip away pretense and falsehoods to see what lies beneath. However, its primary approach to life is emotional, as a water sign, so it operates through its feelings about truth and superficiality. Aquarius is more mental, as an air sign. Its operating style is through logic, and looking for evidence. As fixed signs, both of them are usually loyal to their family and friends.
Then we see that remarkable cluster of the 12th house moon, ascendant, Neptune and Chiron. Neptune can be a planet of bitter disillusionment, and Chiron can show us "where it hurts." With the first house and sun involved, it may be your son's being-in-the world that seems challenging to him, notably with the sun-NN-Mercury squares.
First-house Neptune people are so sensitive to other people's verbal and visual clues about them that they can become chameleon-like, so that each new encounter sees the person s/he wants to see.
Sun square Neptune people can struggle with self esteem issues, so your sweetheart will benefit from tons of support and encouragement from his family. This aspect can make people extra sensitive to alcohol and drugs-- something to watch out for when he gets older. Needless to say, many people with this aspect turn out just fine, and many addicts do not have this aspect.
Yet a well-navigated Neptune developes a beautiful sense of spirituality; and with a 12th house moon, perhaps even a sense of mysticism. This is a good placement for an actor, because first-house Neptunians naturally slip into different roles. If your son shows any interest in performing, be it a music recital or acting in the school play, I would suggest you encourage him. Neptune domiciled in Pisces trine a domiciled Venus in Libra suggests real artistic ability.
Also, he may take to the water and love water sports! Neptune is the modern ruler of the ocean and other water bodies; and the moon is the traditional ruler.
The NN conjunct sun and the MC is a real "I gotta be me!" placement, augmented by the Aquarian moon and ascendant, as well as by Uranus trine sun. Your son may need to be his own person at an early age. Chiron suggests he may get criticized for being outside the herd, yet the goal of Chiron is to confer wisdom and compassion. With Venus domiciled in its own sign of Libra, and philosophical Jupiter trine moon, your son has the capacity to develop real sympathy for others.
Pluto-Mars square Uranus suggests your little guy can develop quite a temper that erupts suddenly (Uranus). He may be a bit accident-prone. Uranus in the second "money house" can suggest sudden changes in income, so teaching him about money-management at an early age (saving his allowance, &c) would be a good idea.
With that Pluto-Mars sextile to Saturn-Venus, your son is capable of developing passionate emotional attachments. With Mars-Pluto in the 11th house of friendships, I could imagine him playing a school sport, and developing a real sense of loyalty to his team-mates.
Your little charmer looks like he needs to be his own unique person, so the best advice I could give would be to encourage his interests at an early age-- even if they seem a little off-beat.
A great book for astrologically minded parents is Robert Hand, Planets in Youth. I believe you can find it on-line at Astrodienst in the interactive birth chart feature.
