Sorry I'm late. Drink plenty of water, that will help with the hunger. Try stretching beforehand. The soreness should go away once you become consistent but don't ignore any long term aches and pain. See a doctor for that.

If I can, I recommend jumping rope. It's excellent cardio. You can do it at home, too. These guys talk about it:
