I don't know where to post this chart other than here because it's Me vs. Them. Last night I got a DWI. I was dropping friends off at 2:30am & my one friend was very vocal that I did not let him drive home in his own car bc he was intoxicated. Then the cops showed up & I "failed" the walking tests. Yes I drank alcohol but within my limit. Anyway, an hour later I took the breathalyzer test but the machine failed. So they took me to another police station to retest. I took it again an hour later. I don't know my results but they kept going into another room to talk. I was released to my brother in law at 7am & was told I can get a release form for my car at 2:30pm. When I did, the cop said bc of the breathalyzer issue, it looks very good in my favor. I'm wondering if the breathalyzer showed legal/not drunk & that the charge would be dropped or if not, then I at least hope to keep my driver's license for work purposes. I have to run errands for work, it's part of my job. So my question is What will be the DWI Results?"

I'm Aries/mars rx on 5/6th cusp. (Ironic, the asc is on my natal Sun degree, 25* Aries). Not sure if judge is 9th/Sag or 10th/Cap. I'll go with Cap. Saturn rx is on desc, opposing me...not good. Moon (co ruler of me & ruler of 4th) is right is on asc & is going to oppose Saturn in 3*. The court appearance is in 3weeks, day before my birthday. I'm too worried to analyze this chart. Can someone please help me out?

sounds like merc. retro operating classic.
don't go neptune route, though.
if you were drinking and driving, you were impaired.
saturn is prominent in this.
no "good deed" goes unpunished, even if ill~thought out.
saturn's telling you to have reliable contigency plan. neptunes wants to convince you were not at wrong, that it "happened" to you.
be greatful no one hurt, injured or killed because you made an unwise decision.
too many options to driving drunk to risk harm unknown. a DUI is a blessing for drunk drivers, no matter how much trouble (again Saturn).

I am concerned with this chart because, Mars, your significator has lost it mutual reception with Mercury as Mercury has retrograded back into Pisces. This leaves Mars weak and unassisted.

The Moon, peregine is about to oppose Saturn, which rules the 10th and 11th. It is possible the judgment will go against you as the 10th rules judges and Saturn is well, quite judgmental and strict.

You own significator, Mars, is in the bends of the nodes and retrograde showing this is a critical moment and something that will make some changes to your lifestyle.

So, you really need to re-think your strategy and take a completely pre-emptive course to this matter. Contact lawyers, DUI agencies and perhaps enroll in a course before they assign one to you in court to show your contrition in the matter or some such approach.

The only thing I can see in this chart of any help to you is the fact that the Moon, you, is in trine to the cusp of the 9th and the ruler of the 9th is in ASC or, on your side. A lawyer or specialist in law or a law advocate will be of great help here to you.

Good eye, Anachiel, that the Moon trines 9th house cusp & that ruler is in the 1st house with me. Is there any significance with the moon right on the cusp, minutes from crossing over?

PS: I met with an attorney tonight & hired him. He's partners with an old acquaintance of mine that I haven't seen in 12yrs. He said he'll know more once he obtains the breathalyzer results.

Glad to hear it. That should be helpful to you.

As for the Moon on the ASC, it basically adds to your description. It modifies it, so to speak, so that instead of being all Martial, there are some lunar attributes to your appearance as well. Perhaps making you more rounded and shorter in stature than the usual Martial person.

Also, the Moon shows what is most concerning you. It makes sense it is right on the ASC as you are, understandably, very concerned for yourself.

Another thing the Moon does is that it causes change or fluxuation. So, the Moon on the ASC can cause you to re-think yourself, perhaps even doubt yourself or think about changing your appearance or body in some way. This works moreso in Electional astrology but, it also has some validity in horary.

One thing I noticed is the nodal axis in 8th/2nd - looks like you'll be paying out for fines in some way in regards to the matter, but with Jup/Venus/POF in the 1st you'll find this to be a fairly lucky outcome compared to the alternative..could also signify the expense of hiring the lawyer, but I'd be prepared for a little extra out-of-pocket there.

must be noted that saturn 7th in traditional horary is stricture against astrologer reading horary chart.
however, as 7th house is law and saturn on desc is limits, restrictions, you may actually get some punishment for your ill-thought 9th modern ruler, neptune, traditional jup ruled in chart
in this instance, can't help but think of the old jup~saturn contradiction in terms of "schooling".
"it's all fun and games until someone loses an eye."
we might want to look at chart indicators of "tough love" or being used as example.
What country/state do you live in? 11th and 10th will figure in "group think" of the question ~ are there political stressers to bust DUI's in your area? that would be 3rd house of turned chart from quesited's 7th.

Lawyer called today with my breathalyzer results, .01% ...Apparently, NOT drunk. To be legally drunk, the percentage is .08% ...so I'm on the very low end of the spectrum. Anyway, pleaing Not Guilty in court on Tuesday & we'll take it from there.

If you don't mind, now that this is a known-outcome question (test results negative, no conviction vs you) I would like to test the experimental Walis Magic 8 Ball here and see what it would have predicted.

(Following is part of my continuing test of the Walis Magic 8 Ball method and is not standard horary; following uses whole sign house format)

-I would have taken the 10th whole sign house as significator of the courts and judgements in this matter; so:
-10 house = Capricorn = Saturn = a "no" answer (ie, no judgement vs the querent, no conviction of the querent in the matter) according to 8 Ball "rules"
-it is also possible to take the 3rd house as the results of tests (I would not have done so, but some might), ie, tests for legal intoxication; so,
-3rd house = Gemini, which posits the SN, which according to 8 Ball rules = a "no" answer (no, tests will not show legal intoxication)

In either situation the Magic 8 Ball would have given a correct "no" answer, so I am going to put this result in the "correct" column, in my ongoing test of the Magic 8 Ball method, here on AW...

Uhm....what happened to my update post from last night ...& few others before that??

Thanks, Dr. Farr, for testing with Magic 8 Ball. I personally was thinking that since Moon (end of matter) was right on Asc & in Aries, that it would indicate a quick resolution. But with strict Saturn/10th ruler opposing Asc, it threw me off.

MaeMae - I updated late last that all charges were dismissed against me. Which is why Dr.Farr congratulated me. But my updated post is gone now. Too bad it's missing, as I had included a message for you {moderator deleted attacking comment} I live in New York City, NY, as my chart clearly states.

I'm glad this drama is done & so is this chart.
