Am very unhappy with my slow career growth, though am getting a good learning exposure but it lacks that satisfaction and unable to meet my self-esteem aspect. I want to go and work in strategic locations like US, UK to be on the better side. My boss is a pathetic man who has made some favourites in the team which is obstructing my growth opportunities also.
