Yes, we did...but not the other ones under "would she agree" she did agree but we had to drop it as we wanted to rent for less as this house we are getting is just for a short stay until we purchase...

for the timing the unit was 1A , almost a month, the question was asked on the 2oth oct and may be with the little minutes...we had it a couple of days earlier..

We are not taking this woman's house. She couldn't decide and she couldn't let us go...she is kinda waiting for a better deal and keeping us along with few more prospective tenants but...
