Venus is retrograde, Do NOT buy the car you will regret it. Buying anything during Venus retrograde and or Mercury retrograde is a bad idea. I would wait until the fall.

I would go with the first chart, it seems more stable and has the ability to stand the test of time should you end up together. You also have better chemistry so I think sexually it would be a better...

It's possible my friend may try and get the frenemy back into the group as she asked her not to leave to begin with, however, frenemy will not be allowed back into the group under any circumstances....
