Not seeing pregnancy. Mars is barren. Have you being trying to get pregnant for a longtime? I think you should check your natals for more information, post natal in natal/read my chart section.

I read that at the time of conception the angle between transiting sun and moon should be exactly equal to your natal ones.
Moon's sign placement determines the gender.
