Hi. I do think that a square involving a personal planet with a 5 degree orb is worth considering, but I just keep in mind that there will other closer, and so more compelling, aspects.

It can mean that, but its quite a wide aspect, so less significant than Neptune rising.

I don't think your chart suggests eternal martyrdom. I think that whether or not to help in each case, and how much and how soon is one issue, and how you are around people in general is another...
