Peregrine retrograde Saturn is in his own 12th Place where Saturn rejoices. Plus, Saturn is also in aversion to both the ascendant and descendant.

It might be as late as June 15 before release.

Okay, I'll say he will.

This is an issue of assigning significators. Lily says when asking the question for another, use the ascendant and 4th Place, which is Moon/Venus. Venus angular is bad...

But if he is innocent, wouldn't he offer a blood test himself to prove his innocense?

I'm not saying he is guilty, but with todays technology it seems too farfetched.
