I actually realized later that Jupiter and Moon are conjunct Spica and Arcturus. Do you consider this when reading?

Interesting..

This vet is actually the top surgical vet in the city. She was personally recommended to me by my vet who is also wonderful. She has successfully done lots of these surgeries...
