Chinese Fire Horses weigh in for 2020

My first impression of his sun and moon being in Capricorn is that of a certain coldness to his personality. Mars and Venus are both in Scoprio which would impress me as a ruthless personality....

I couldn't have put it better myself.

I think daily workouts or walks, plus meditation have helped in some ways with "In the moment" thinking.

The anger is real though, however...
