You can confirm your choice by evaluating both 7th and 11th to see which fits her profile more closely, depending on the sign on the house cusp...

Yes Moon to Mercury is a move but I'd say just after 6 months. (out of curiosity what aspects in natal/ SR chart showed a move? Sun in 9th? Uranus in 4th? )

Define "chart ruler" lol. Because modern astrologers take the ASC ruler as the chart ruler, and traditional astrologers look at the Almuten of the Figure as the chart ruler. :unsure:
