Since transit Saturn is just passing the critical 5 point degree of Neptune (confusion), the answer will come much more clear this year. Because transit Saturn in your 4th, no matter where you live...

Im not seeing pregnancy. Leo is Barren, whilst yes Jupiter a benefic in 5th is very good, there is no aspect.

Hhmm no expert here...but I think I see TOL Mars from Saturn to Sun to Saturn? And applying square from Moon to Saturn, so maybe?

The moon is void of course in this chart, which means it is going no where. However, Venus is approaching an opposition with Uranus on the cusp of the descendent, separating from the square to mars....

I say no even though currently both Venus and Mars are in applying conjunction in Pisces, but as far as I know Venus (in this case him) goes retrograde soon so it does not meet Mars in that...

So I m not seeing a marriage as of yet cause ever in a question is tricky.
We could bid on Mars Venus square Saturn as collection of light but it's too weak.
I'd say not within 2 years...
