Thanks katydid. If you even make one mistake you get "the mick" taken out of you for it and they'll hold it against you.

The managers could have dealt with it a lot better, or even so in private...

That's understandable, I just sturggle to confide with people "irl" and find it easier to talk to strangers on forums? Not sure why that is.. maybe because of anxiety/lack of self confidence issues....
