IMO, midpoint can only be used the planetary bodies. They don't mean cr@p in anything else. Only planetary bodies and the Sun produce energy signatures that would allow a midpoint analysis.

600 calories is starvation level. At that level you will not lose. Your body will go into starvation mode, and lower your metabolism so that you don't die.

You cannot live on 600 calories a day....
