I decided to look at mercury, it has distant aspects, not tight, except to Chiron. Quintile. Usually not a bad thing.

Your physician is the 7th house, virgo ruled by mercury.
Mercury will receive a trine from moon and mercury will trine your co-significator Neptune, then sextile your other co-significator Jupiter....

my issue with this chart is merc chasing sun (under combustion)
I think it is over ... jup is badly placed .. merc just changed signs as Ilenek mentioned.

You/Merc separate from Jup and Jup no longer receives you by exaltation.
Jup is retrograde and in its fall.

You may come together briefly as Moon aspects Jup, but I think that you may find...

Some kind of argument has been taken too far with merc sq mars/Uranus and Asc sq mars/Jup midpoints. The tension isn't over yet with MC sq mars/Asc.

With Jupiter square Venus/Mc it looks like...

Hard to say, as they are both associated with Sag/9th house. I think Uranus in the 9th house means you have a unique philosophy, and that might be easier in academia than in legal practice. Mercury...
