Hi, Thanks. He doesn't have to pay me back. I only paid him for the one out of 3 lawn cuts. He wants the rest of the money from ME plus fees for not paying. So, he wants more from me for the trouble...

We went to see the house and put in the higher offer, my parents loved the house and so do we after a second look. So we shall see if we get this house.

Oh also looking at Moon in the 4th does this translate light between us? Venus and mars? this is why I am also thinking moon in 4th (mom) changes and or me being a mom.
