I don't think the people who saw their homes destroyed, and their businesses looted and ransacked would agree with you. I think people's homes, where they sleep, where they make a living to feed...

If they have editorial capabilities, they should be liable for the content which is uploaded to their site (like any editorial website would). Currently, the U.S. government has created special laws...
