I think it is important to clarify there is a difference of overeating vs binging. The latter is more psychological. I've done the no sugar diets, the no carb, paleo, Whole30. I've pretty much done...

I struggled where to put this - travel or health, but opted for health as that is the issue. I hope that is ok.
