I find that Moon/Uranus tends to the drastic and the wild. They are curious, enigmatic, strange, receptive to the mysterious and independent. I don't think they care much for conservative notions....

His thoughts about you is 7th from 7th which is the 1st house. To show him having any thoughts about you, you'd want him/mercury to be as near to the Asc as possible. But mercury is in the 8th house...
