I am a Medieval Astrologer so I do not use the outers. I would say that you have psychic ability because:

Asc in Neptune, Jupiter dignified, elevated and on a critical (close enough)...

Hi. I suspect that he is your 3rd child because he is a fire sign. Also, the ruler of the 3rd child, the Sun, is in the 3rd child's 8th house within 1 degree of the cusp. This "could be" an indicator...

None of my clients have an unaspected Mars but 3 is not a very big sample group!! All my clients have self harmed for many years.

I have 3 clients that self harm.

I noticed the following:

Asc ruler aspected by Mars.
Moon in water sign.
Moon aspected by both Saturn and Mars - not always hard aspects though.

The 8th house will be your son's 4th - his home. The 5th is counted as the 1st house.

The 7th is 3rd from the 5th and is therefore your son's school. If you are looking at university it would be 9 from the 5th which is the 1st.

Your son is the 5th house which is ruled by Taurus and therefore Venus.
The school is the 7th house which is ruled by Gemini and therefore Mercury.

Venus is in Gemini therefore your son...

Your Solar return does look like a pregnancy is likely. You need to check the aspects that your progressed Moon is making and also your profected chart. It will be wise to be careful though!
