Sirius same degree as ASC!

So after help from @unique_astrology I had the certain birth time as not 2:30 pm but 2:34 which makes my ASC 13°35'36" cancer and Sirius is 13°59' 3" cancer! Any ideas on how this will affect me?

The time of the seizure was 8:00 am to 8:15 am in Istanbul Turkey.
