My understanding of a cusp is that it's the point where the house bears its fruit, so it's a very sensitive point.

So if you take that perspective, someone just with the moon in the eight house...

While I think it's entirely possible that someone with a 12th house Saturn had an absent father, or that the father relationship was troubled, you'd want further confirmation elsewhere in the chart. ...

Have you tried doing a synastry chart with your friends? You can do that on astro.com if you have their charts, just select synastry chart in the extended chart selections and look at the aspects...

You explained my relationship with my father perfectly and I have sun and Saturn in the 12th house, so I agree. In the 'END' it was a blessing to have him away because having someone like him around...

planets in first house influence physical appearance too. with venus there and an exalted venus, youre gonna appear more venusian/piscean than scorpion, although of course that influence will be felt...
