I'd have to see your chart, sometimes i can see things about children, mostly the 5th house, with saturn in the 5th most people only have one child in there life, with jupiter in the 5th you get alot...

If your birth time is near accurate I'd say just based on Transits you'll be moving out on your own perhaps with a boyfriend next month, February.
