I'm not adept at horary astrology, but cysts can recur if the cyst was not fully removed because the wall collapsed or parts of it was still on the tissue around it. Rather, it could be a new cyst...

I would like just to add. I realize that Venus has just changed sign, therefore the Moon in Capricorn will not be in opposition aspect with Venus. Saturn, his significator, is also is void of course....

Going back on topic, I think the delineation given by melleoscorp and tikana are correct.

Essentially:

You = Moon
College = 9th (Jupiter)
Money from College = 10th (Mars)
