Re: 3 Yods that intertwine to form a pentagram star

Hi there

Sorry - I've not been logging in a lot recently. However, you may be interested in this article, which I published in London's Astrological Quarterly in 2006 - look particularly at the...

Re: When have all the planets aligned?

Thanks for this. Interesting indeed.

However, it does show that Mercury is just outside the 15 deg between Neptune and Pluto and more importantly Jupiter and Saturn are well outside this...

Re: When have all the planets aligned?

That is - more or less - my point - you can get conjunctions of two of the three outer planets, fairly regularly. But not the triple conjunction of the 6th Century BCE.

I suppose now we should...

Re: When have all the planets aligned?

Here's an excerpt from a piece I wrote and published in 2004

<Sometime around May 574 BCE the three outermost planets Pluto, Neptune and Uranus, were all aligned with Jupiter. This is the only...

Re: 3 Yods that intertwine to form a pentagram star

There are a number of different formations that can form a five pointed star. The actual (perfect) pentagram itself would be formed by 3 Quintile Yods (2 bi-quins with a quintile base) - see figures...

Re: Things are different Down Under!

After all, if my memory serves me correctly, in classical Greece there were only three seasons - Spring, Summer and Winter - presumably because it is only as we get further from the equator that the...

Re: Analyzing Natal Chart geometry; The Envelope figure

I guess that's what I was trying to say - because the widest aspect of the cradle is an opposition aspect, the figure - taken overall - will only ever occupy half of the chart - right-left, up, down...

Re: Analyzing Natal Chart geometry; The Envelope figure

My "source" is basic geometry.

If you have a closed four point figure (or shape) with all the points on the circumference of a circle (a horoscope), and one side of the figure is a line which...

the widest angle is the opposition, and wherever the opposition occurs the three sextiles will be in one half...

Re: Analyzing Natal Chart geometry; The Envelope figure

It's true that the cradle configuration is also called the trapeze - but this is NOT a Cradle/Trapeze.

The Cradle/Trapeze is restricted to one half of the chart - the sequence of aspects is (in...

Re: Analyzing Natal Chart geometry; The Envelope figure

You have to remember the name - "Big Top". Think of the circus parade of performers - they can come in from either side - and leave through either side - so either the Saturn/Pluto entrance or the...

Re: Analyzing the Grand Trine Kite pair forming a Mystic Rectangle/Imperfect Pentagra

What you have here is what would commonly be called an Intercepted Mystic Rectangle - ie an equal sided figure where one of a pair of common aspects is "intercepted" by a mid-point aspect. It's not a...

There are different...

Re: Eros, Psyche, Pholus, Bacchus, Pan, Sappho... Someone please give me info?

You could try this website:

http://www.true-node.com/eph1/

which will create ephemeris-style listings for the relevant asteroids (actually for ANY asteroids).

Hope this helps:smile:
