Re: Saturn/neptune/Uranus in Capricorn

1989er here with a Cap Saturn/Uranus/Neptune stellium in the 3rd House. They're all opposite my Cancer Jupiter (9th) and squaring my Libra Sun/Mars in the 12th (and in Uranus's case, squaring my...

Re: Placements and signs naturally good at combatting psychopaths and predators.

I think a common trend I've found is having a strong/detached chart (Cap/Aqua etc) with a softer Mars (i.e. Libra/Cancer etc), which would technically equal an "iron fist in a velvet glove" approach....

Re: Which rising sign dislikes which rising sign?

That's interesting because all of the Scorpios I know dislike or even hate Leos. They're still drawn to each other because both are strong fixed personalities, but the Scorpios I know usually make it...

Re: positives to neptune

I said it in another thread, but Neptune isn't any more negative than the other outer planets. It's just the one whose core goes against modern society the most (in the US).

I love Neptune...

Re: Role of father in relationships.

Yeah Saturn in Cap conjunct your Ascendant is a strong placement for "fatherly" influence.

Your Scorpio stellium and Sun (even though it's not conjunct Pluto, the two are connected by your...

Re: Retrograde Mars in Scorpio

Mars in Retrograde tends to manifest very differently in men and women. Obviously I don't want to limit it to a binary, but from what I've observed and studied, there are definite trends:

- Men...

Re: Lana Del Rey

I think her wide Moon Square Pluto (8 deg) shouldn't be overlooked either. Not only is Pluto in its home planet, but the Leo/Pluto square is notoriously powerful...especially in these planets. I've...

Re: How does one ACTUALLY handle pluto energy?

This is a late reply, but I thought I'd share my 2 cents, even though I'm still trying to figure it out myself.

I have Venus conjunct Pluto in Scorpio in the 1st, and Venus is my chart ruler...

Re: What's the hardest transit you've gone through?

I'd say the hardest are combinations of challenging aspects. I have many hard aspects in my natal, so transits seem to activate a lot of extra aspects for me.

There are 3 periods where I'd say I...

Re: Pluto conjunct South Node?

I personally don't know any Pluto conjunct S.Node people, but I can imagine why it'd be a difficult placement.

While Pluto and the Moon are vastly different, they both are unconscious forces that...

Re: A theory about where you are born and your happiness in life.

I don't know, it's harder for me to take a chart based on an event (in which there's often quite a bit of subjectivity in when it happened exactly) for a place/country. Charts of cities are even less...

Re: Can a relationship work with a bad synastry but good Composite?

I have questionable Synastry with the girl I've been seeing on/off for 2 years, but the Composite is a powerhouse with lots of Sun/Pluto/Scorpio/5th house. Our Synastry has a lot of squares, so there...

Re: Let's talk Scorpio and the revenge thing, seems more bark than bite.

I have a Scorpio Venus conjunct Pluto in the 1st (Venus is my chart ruler) and if I feel I've been betrayed by someone I'm in a relationship with, I'll likely go ice cold, or drop them altogether. I...

Re: 1st house planets/signs and physical appearance

I would say yes. I have Venus conjunct Pluto in the 1st (in Scorpio), and my chart ruler is Venus (Asc in Libra). My ascendant is also conjunct Lilith.

My appearance is definitely a mix of...

Re: A theory about where you are born and your happiness in life.

I've been in a city for a few years which doesn't vibe with me at all, and while I'm interested in location astrology, it's hard for me to get behind the premise of it.

I know certain...

Re: Masculine and feminine in astrology

In some sense, yes. I wouldn't think of Cancer or Libra first when talking about assertive signs, but they are in their own way. I think when you think about the first 4 signs being about the self,...

Re: Can we talk about chiron

I luckily don't have any major aspects with Chiron in my natal, but transit Chiron is beating me up right now.

Since it's currently in the early degrees of Aries, it squares or opposes much of my...

Re: The desperation to weaken Leo in modern astrology.

Well said.

I think it's a waste of time complaining about how a sign is represented, whether it be among pop astrology sources or more respected astrologers. There are always many, many angles to...

Re: Neptune's a b*tch

I don't think Neptune's any more "malefic" than the other outer planets. I just think the society we live in (at least in the US) is least appreciative of Neptune's positive traits.

Re: Masculine and feminine in astrology

I agree, but if you think about the elements themselves, wouldn't you say that:

- Fire is always assertive
- Earth is always receptive, in that it's set in it's place
- Air/Water can be both, in...

Re: What is your mars like and how assertive are you?

Mars in Libra in the 12th

Conjunct Sun and Mercury
Square Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune

It's the apex point of a T-Square (along with Sun/Merc -- though Merc is in my 11th), with Jupiter in...

Re: What placements can make a person talented at many things?

Agree with this.

I would start by looking at Jupiter, Uranus and Pluto touching personal planets, with enough Saturn/Earth to balance any imbalanced aspects out (and to give the individual the...

Re: Masculine and feminine in astrology

There are so many variables that go into categorizing the signs, and as it's been mentioned in this thread, the definitions of "feminine" and "masculine" are subjective. I do like assertive/receptive...
