I haven't seen the Sun-Saturn conjunction in Capricorn work since Saturn would be combust, powerless and fearful of Sun. Since they're both cadent, the answer is definitely no.

Sorry this isn't regarding the horary, but you could try intermittent fasting. It's helpful for weight loss. If you choose to give it a try, just don't overdo it.

They're modern astrologers. For many centuries I think, the 5th house was taken for sex, children, lovemaking etc for natal and horary.
