For issues around reproductive functioning, I would look for a Moon or Cancer in the 6th house or difficult aspects to the moon, natal or by transit.

This chart you posted is a chart corresponding to the day of your futur biopsy, but it isn’t a horary chart.
A horary chart is a chart of a question.

Oh I see now ... You said that the cyst causes you a lot of symptoms and discomfort, so I thought the doctor may consider removing it only to relieve your symptoms, not due to a possible malignancy...
