Noel Tyl didn't invent Solar Return charts. In fact, their use predates Progressions, I believe.

I don't think theV was saying that Eris rules Libra. I think he was just explaining why those esoteric, evolutionary astrologers came to that conclusion. Eris isn't a planet so it doesn't rule...
