i have a bit of a moon/Saturn aspect going on so I feel your pain there. Saturn is a terrible planet for me. Also I have Mercury conjunct Saturn. I can't seem to ever spit out what I'm trying to say....

I too have Neptune in my first. I'm one big ball of confusion in my head. I've never quite got the hang of figuring myself out.
