Critical degrees in SR chart

My 2018/19 solar return chart has all angles at 29 degrees. Is this indicative of a significant year? Plus all the angles are conjunct natal angles by 3 degrees.

Hi!

I have saturn in 8th house scorpio as singleton planet in my natal chart. Saturn is also an oriental planet for me and is not too aspected (except semi sextile, bi quintile and semi square).
