It's impossible to cast an accurate composite chart without knowing both parties' birth times. But you can do a noon chart for your friend. It would be accurate except that his Moon could be up to...

I think it's a good place to be in if a relationship comes from friendship as it's more than just lust and desire which never lasts.

With the 5 degree rule, Venus is in the 7H and the Sun is in the 6H. As your friend WAS a 7H person he is still that now as an ex even though you do not feel that way towards him.

Who said Venus wasn't traditional? It's a negative aspect between the Moon and Venus. Oppositions tend to separate things or you from your objective and if you get what it is you are after it...

Frawley doesn't use "considerations before judgment". So VOC Moon and Saturn at the 7th cusp wouldn't stop him from looking at the chart.
