The ascendant is quite early, so I would probably re-ask the question with an exact time frame in mind. Also, who is the quesited? We need to know if it is a loved one, a friend, etc....

Wow, that's a lot! You can just add them all in one line, e.g Sun, Venus, Mars, Pluto etc. A lot of people have been doing that. Everything will still show up in the "Planets in the 1st house" result...
