Re: Are the horrible cryptic twitter messages based on me?

I'm just saying again generally that it really doesn't stop you from being able to judge a chart. I see the strictures more as guidelines than rules, and even then sometimes rules are made to be...

Re: 'STINKING INKING' * Obsession* 'Fanaticism???

As of late, I think it has to do with people born in Pluto in Scorpio who are also influencing younger generations.

Re: About fixed stars

Interesting. Every time Algol ends up conjunct a quesited house (if it represents a person), it usually rings true about substance abuse, usually alcohol.

Re: When will my love life improve?

Call me a dark horse, but I prefer the traditional concept of timing rather than Frawley.

Re: About fixed stars

To answer you directly OP, I use them only if they are conjunct significators or notable points, with the royal ones being most emphatic. Unless it's a royal star I use it as a secondary influence...

Re: When the quesited is ruled by MOON.

Reading 'a doctrine of horary questions' by John Gadbury in front of me, he states

So in his technique he used the Moon as a general significator of both parties.

Contemporarily I see...

Re: Will we Have a Relationship Again?

You have misunderstood. As you can see by the quote, I was speaking about Onthecusp's analysis of the opposition by antiscia.

Re: Jupiter in Leo affecting my 7th house?

It sounds like you were reading a generalized interpretation of transits that did not go into depth.

According to my knowledge:
First, Jupiter has to make an aspect to Saturn. I don't see that...

Re: How will be my spouse like

Horary can also answer this question proficiently. A technique is described in John Gadbury's The Doctrine of Horary Questions.

Re: Planets linked to the ascendant

It depends what house Jupiter rules in the chart. Jupiter must be qualified as to whether it has a malefic or benefic influence.

Re: Will we Have a Relationship Again?

1) Antisicia alone IMO would not be enough to guarantee an outcome. In all my years of studying astrology, I have never heard of an authority considering antisicia enough to indicate a successful...

Re: Which aspects will point a rich spouse?

In defense of the OP, I also don't see why people are turning this thread into debate/discussion about the ethics of marrying a rich person nor including religious overtones, the OP didn't even say...

Re: Top 10 Don'ts in Astrology

Exactly! It's not arrogant to feel superior to the old ways that they need to be thrown out? I have a lot of contempt for those who don't appreciate the origins and traditions of astrology, who feel...

Re: Top 10 Don'ts in Astrology

The anti-intellectualist movement is popular because it makes it easier for one to claim to be an astrologer. It's really disdainful, no offense, to see people who claim to be astrologers...

Re: Rethinking Mercury in Pisces..

This might sound controversial to some, but I'd be interested in seeing if a badly aspected/placed Mercury in Pisces could indicate autism or some condition of the like. I would be interested in...

Re: Case Lorenzo González-Murdered child-what can astrology tell us about this case?

I wouldn't be surprised if it was ... and I think it is. The other 5:20 chart showed in more than one way that the mother had hidden knowledge, and the children IMO afraid to tell the truth.

Re: Case Lorenzo González-Murdered child-what can astrology tell us about this case?

I agree.
Here's my run through, thought it through and condensed my thoughts:

I chose the 5:20 chart, since it’s the final situation so by logic possibly the final answer. And this chart is so...

It's not that nobody cares, some choose not to dwell on dark/and/or helpless subjects. I will look though and tell you what I think.

Re: Gauquelin's findings - 9th and 12th house strongest?

Sun in the twelfth isn't as bad as we think, as it is often a position of world-known leaders like Bush, and Putin. Maybe they aren't the greatest leaders, but they have risen to a high position; so...

Corrections
1/16/2008 1.1 Version -- Corrected Part 4, where Sun is now only noted regarding day or night time birth, not the moon.

Possibly corrections to come! :)

Part 6 – Conclusion

By this chart alone it seems there is great veracity in the fortune chart, the turned significations of it still confirm the natal, but give perhaps a clearer characterization...

Part 5 – Wealth and its Magnitude and Nature; the Acquisition

The Eleventh house is in Pisces, thus the lot of Acquisition is ruled by Jupiter. The acquisition ruled by Jupiter alone implies the...
