Re: How long do effects of transits last?

Wow, nine years ago that I asked that question. Transits aside, I certainly learned a lot about astrology in the meantime. Of all the transits I've undergone since then, the Saturn conjunct Mercury...

Re: An "Will we meet?" question with a small twist!

Not international but longer distance running race which is probably ruled by 9H.

I did see her this morning also. She was doing her best to avoid seeing me as she walked past my car but a little...

Re: An "Will we meet?" question with a small twist!

Thanks again Rafaella

It's possible she didn't see me when we were stood around. But when I ran past her, I'm not sure she could have missed a 6'2" man of my build although stranger things...

Re: An "Will we meet?" question with a small twist!

I unexpectedly saw her today. We didn't make eye contact or speak so in some ways we didn't meet but I ran right past her shoulder-to-shoulder. And we were stood within metres on a number of...

Re: An "Will we meet?" question with a small twist!

Yes, public event - a running race being held by the club she's joined. Hence high likelihood of her being there somewhere but I wouldn't put it past her to have excuses to avoid helping out.

I'm...

An "Will we meet?" question with a small twist!

Haven't seen my ex- in over six years. However I know we've started to move in similar circles over the past year.

Those circles are likely to interlink on Sunday week - 9 days time.

So this is...

Re: If a person has an aspect natally, are they less affected in synastry when it occ

You're of similar age. You both have neptune in about the same place, so his venus square both of them.

He's been dealing with people who have their neptune square venus most of his life so it's...

Re: control in relationships

I'm also intrigued to know why you didn't leave as you said you would? That might clue us into where the 'glue' was and therefore what part of the chart to look for.

Re: control in relationships

I think the problem may be in her chart and an issue she'd face with anyone. It would be useful to look at that on its own.

She has Pluto in the first which makes her approach the world in a...

Re: Pluto Transits

If you're involved in legal stuff and suing people then that is almost certainly connected to pluto (confrontation) in 9th (legal issues); although saturn in 7th maybe causing you to take a stand...

Re: Transit Saturn in Sag following Pluto in Sag (1995-2008)

Hi Lin ... I agree you can't put it on one thing, a transitting planet in a house just gives a background influence to events. Looking back, t-Pluto in my 8th was a long period where it slowly purged...

Re: Neptune 1st house disillusionment

Further to Waybread's comment, neptune in the 1st makes it hard for the native to see who they are. It'll be interesting to see how you fare over the next year as Saturn hits your 1st house and your...

Re: BDSM aspects

With your chart having the Aries Sun and Pisces moon in the 8th, I'd say that's the key thing. Add to that you have pluto in scorpio.

Things like BDSM are all about power exchange and complete...

Re: Unemotional Goat

It's a curious question because emotions aren't meant to be controlled.

Emotions exist to give us 'messages' or feedback about life. If we shut down to the messages of our life how do we know to...

Re: Transit Saturn in Sag following Pluto in Sag (1995-2008)

For me, sag is my 8th house. As I wrote in another thread during the pluto transit, I did a lot of deep psychological work finding out who I was and also how others think. I went from a co-dependent...

Transit Saturn in Sag following Pluto in Sag (1995-2008)

From 1995-2008 we had pluto in sag hitting a particular area of our natal charts in a transformative way. What area/houses were affected by this? How did it manifest?

Now, from 2015 - 2017 Saturn...

Re: pluto transiting 8th house=death

I have an early degree ascendant at about 2 Taurus with MC at 13Cap (spot where Pluto's just been!) - no deaths though.

Under whole signs - Sag is my 8th
Under equal - 2Sag begins my 8th and 2Cap...

Re: pluto transiting 8th house=death

I had pluto in the 8th for the 12-13 years it was in Sag (1995-2008). Being Sag I went exploring the human psyche.

In early 1996 I started reading every book I could find on the self-help shelf. I...

Re: Why can I only feel negative transits? When is it time for CHANGE?

- My life became very happy and content about 3-4 years ago when I learned to accept the reality of what life is, not what I want it to be. But that doesn't then stop me from wanting to achieve more...

Re: members

This was a key feeling five years ago from a number of posters like myself who left. Too much moderation. There's always a need for moderation but not for over moderation which is what you get here....

Re: Why do I want to be obese?

You're right, everybody's chart reads differently. Each planet/aspect can manifest slightly differently.

You have capricorn sun conjunct neptune in the 11th. Those are placements that don't like...

Re: Why do I want to be obese?

Perhaps this is the key? You're trying to replicate your parent's relationship because that's what everybody does.

If you fatten up as you'd like, it gives you an excuse to be with a woman who...

Re: Saturn 7th house transit?

I've just finished up transitting saturn in the 7th.

I realise now that it's brought out my true (saturn = truth) 7H scorpio personality. I've become a lot more demanding and more black&white with...
