I won't take a stand on whether Chauvin was guilty as charged or not.
However, he has the right to a fair trial which he did not have.
His guilt was not proven and a political position was taken...

All these search/return tools are available for various Aynamsas - so I guess they might be used also for Traditional...

It does not become an accidental malefic in all traditions, but everyone will agree that it is less benefic by not ruling an important/good house. The Indian and to some extent Arabic traditions...
