Explain in simpler terms? unfortunately, I can't .. it will confuse you even more.
You need to understand the bascis of horary at least to understand what is going on the chart let alone figure out...

one minor reception does not mean much it is something similar to neighborly love (it is not marital love) .. moon should NOT be in detriment . exalt by neutral mars? like i said I have my doubts...

there is no aspect between venus/mars and moon is not connecting with lord 7th house either

Venus is combusted IMO there is something you don't know about him

mars applies to saturn
look at receptions .. mars is in gemini which has saturn in triplicity by daytime
weak but triplicity is usually option indicator in horary.

the other party gets the job.

Mars is in 10th house .. Venus lord of 10th just aspected Mars. Hence Mars got the job. It is weak because it wants the job and Venus is accommodating Mars.
