Thanks for your detailed response!!! I never realized the small aspects meant so much, but I guess if they are tight aspects then they would have a big impact!! Glad to have learned this :)

I think Mars square Neptune has a lot to do with it. All the water planets are known for holding onto things for a long time, so this tension between Mars and Neptune would certainly emphasize that....
