Synastry question

Hello!
I am very confused with this,
Synastry aspects, for example: Venus trine Moon.
One person's moon trine someone Venus therefore that person's venus trine their moon too.
So isnt it the same? I mean, doesnt it has the same meaning Moon trine Venus and Venus trine Moon?

Here is an example.
Person A:
Venus 18 Sag
Moon 13 Gemini

Person B:
Venus 27 Cap
Moon 18 Leo

Here As Venus trines Bs Moon and Bs Moon trine As Venus. However Bs Venus does NOT trine As Moon.

Venus trine Moon is just one aspect. If person A had Moon in 27 Taurus then it would trine it.
