Career/vocational help please!
 

I’m a bit stumped when it comes to interpreting my vocation/career indicators (I’m much better at interpreting others’, honestly). I’m having a bit of trouble because all things seem to come back to the 12th house and I have no clue how to interpret that. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here’s my chart.
