My moon is at 8° Capricorn, and rahu at 18° cancer. Will my point be in Aries or Libra?

I need to know, so that I may further my studies.

I feel as though it is in libra, from the description of bhrigu bindu.

Also the fact that Saturn in libra in 2013 brought a chronic illness to me, and the loss of the best job I had ever had.

The distance of the Moon from Rahu has to be calculated. Therefore there should not be any confusion in determining the position of BB.

I found it, thank you. It is at 13 Libra 40, and looking back at that Saturn transit, it ties everything together.
