The sun mercury and jupiter in the 6th house conjunct within 5 degrees the descendent is good or bad? I heard the 6th house placements are bad and the 7th good.

Can be positive or stressful, depending on the overall chart.
Usually 3 degrees is considered in the next house, but in the case of these personal planets sun, mercury and Jupiter, probably 5 could be considered as on the 7th cusp.
Then, you have to see how these planets are integrated with the rest. Are there hard aspects with pluto, Neptune, Saturn? How do they relate to the moon? Etc.
