Looking for free Astromap chart generator

I have a question. Is there any good free software or website that allows us to generate astromap (best if in black & white color)? Something like in the attachment (sorry for poor quality)

Astro.com which most on the forum use for chart generation, does have astromaps available, a pretty good assortment too.
