Consider that you always have free will. So whatever the chart says, you can still decide, you can stay or walk away.
Saying this, you want to look at Saturn.
In this composite, mars is forming an opposition to Saturn, so energy that upsets responsibility.
In the synastry, Saturn squares Venus and Saturn sits on sun. These two aspects can bind together, or they can become suffocating and the person runs.
