I'm aware this probably gets asked of a lot, but I am truly wondering the answer to this horary chart. All of my new posts, as a user. Got ignored and I'm not sure why. So I will try once again, and hopefully answers will avail this time. Any findings are appreciated and welcomed, even if its just a yes or no answer.

I see that my Venus (Planet of Love & Attraction) is in Libra, is this a good thing or bad thing? Libra's are thought to be 'superficial'?! And what does everything else signify.

Hi Blade, Venus (his significator) in a cusp of Libra. He will gain his mojo back. But reception between you ( Mars) and him (Venus) is negative. Though Mars is in Venus Triplicity there is No applying aspect between the two. Venus flowing away from Mars (Separating)
I think you missed the chance. So it is a NO.

P/s: Your chart is too small, thats why I am looking at your main significator only. Hope somebody see other positive signs.
