Ranking the methods of evaluating potential compatibility

How would people rank the following methods of evaluating potential compatibility in terms of relevance, importance, and/or reliability?

1. Natal chart (for potential relationship difficulties)

2. Overlay chart

3. Composite chart

4. Natal chart against composite

5. Progressed composite chart

6. Davison chart

7. Parallels

8. Midpoints

1. Natal

2. Synastry

Midpoints, parallels are used in relation to charts. I don't use the others. Too many points, techniques, charts, etc. sometimes just muddies up the picture.

My choices have been the composite chart (including all aspects, parallels and star conjunctions in it, as well as Lots such as the Lot of Happiness and the Lot of Fulfillment of Needs and Desires), and secondly, a mere comparison of elements of the 2 natal charts.
